第九条和大学政策


第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 states:

“在美国,任何人不得, 以性别为基础, 被排除在…之外, 被剥夺…的利益, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.”

St. 博纳旺蒂尔大学 promotes respect for the dignity and integrity of each person. 大学社区的成员, guests and visitors have the right to an environment free from all forms of sex discrimination, 包括性别骚扰. All members of the University community are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. 

St. 博纳旺蒂尔大学 takes reports of sex discrimination and sex-based harassment very seriously and treats each report with the utmost care and urgency. St. 博纳旺蒂尔大学 will take prompt and effective action to end any sex discrimination in its education program or activities and to prevent its recurrence and remedy its effects. All complaints of sex discrimination will be responded to with a fair, 透明的, and reliable process that includes trained, unbiased decisionmakers to evaluate all relevant and not otherwise impermissible evidence.  

Supportive measurers, as outlined in the St. 博纳旺蒂尔大学 Sex Discrimination and Sex-Based Policy, will be provided to Complainants and Respondents affected by conduct that constitutes sex discrimination, including sexual violence and other forms of sex-based harassment.  The Policy was developed to reaffirm these principles, to provide a mechanism for determining when the Policy has been violated, and to provide recourse for those individuals whose rights have been violated.

St. 博纳旺蒂尔大学 does not discriminate 以性别为基础 and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by 第九条 and its regulation, 包括入学和就业.
