第九条 of the Education Amendments of 1972 states:

All complaints of sex discrimination will be responded to with a fair, 透明的, and reliable process that includes trained, unbiased decisionmakers to evaluate all relevant and not otherwise impermissible evidence.
Supportive measurers, as outlined in the St. 博纳旺蒂尔大学 Sex Discrimination and Sex-Based Policy, will be provided to Complainants and Respondents affected by conduct that constitutes sex discrimination, including sexual violence and other forms of sex-based harassment. The Policy was developed to reaffirm these principles, to provide a mechanism for determining when the Policy has been violated, and to provide recourse for those individuals whose rights have been violated.
St. 博纳旺蒂尔大学 does not discriminate 以性别为基础 and prohibits sex discrimination in any education program or activity that it operates, as required by 第九条 and its regulation, 包括入学和就业.
